Terms and Conditions

1. Safety and Security

   • The safety of your pet and household will be of prime importance at all times

   • The veterinary needs of your pet will be fulfilled, both in terms of ensuring ongoing medication is administered and any required treatment which may be needed whilst in my care.  Veterinary costs will be met by the owner.

   • You will be required to complete a form giving instructions on how you want your pet managed and your house made secure

   • Keys will be required to enable me to have access to your property.  These will not be kept with address information

   • All dogs must have a collar with name tag containing postcode and phone number of the owner

   • All dogs must have up to date vaccination records, proof of this must be provided

2. Insurance

   • My business is fully covered by NARP insurance which includes up to £5 million public liability. 

   • I cannot be held responsible for illnesses or loss through natural or unavoidable causes.

3. Cancellations

   • All services need to be booked in advance to guarantee availability.  However please contact me if an emergency arises and I will do the best I can to help

   • A charge of half the fee will be imposed should you cancel a Doggy Day Care or Dog Walk with less than 24 hours notice or cancel a holiday boarding with less than 7 days notice
